Why Therapy?
Often we think of therapy as the space for when we hit rock bottom. It doesn’t have to be that way. I see therapy as a container to help with growth and exploration. As humans we are ever evolving. We strive to be better or combat the challenges we face, and sometimes help is needed. Therapy helps you evaluate what is working and what isn’t working. It teaches us how to listen to our body, how to acknowledge triggers and helps us get grounded.
I am the therapist for you if:
You identify as a child of immigrant and struggle to find your identity.
You have been feeling empty despite all the accomplishments you’ve done.
You are feeling burnt out.
You are noticing symptoms of: difficulty sleeping, unexplained body changes (weight gain, hair falling, rashes), changes in mood.
You are feeling small at work even though you know you are capable of the job
There are feelings of resentment at home or within friends and family.
Services:
