About Me

I am a first generation Filipina American, born in the Philippines and raised in Seattle (Beacon Hill!). I come from a family of healers and the first in my family to earn a master's degree at Northwest University.

Growing up, I've always been the little girl advocating for change. So it only made sense that I landed a calling as a therapist. Throughout my career, I have always placed culture and community at the forefront. I know what it's like firsthand to question my own identity of not being Filipino enough or American enough. I know the challenges of being in an environment where resiliency equated anxiety because of every hard work was questioned by systems of oppression.

I want your experience in therapy to feel like you are in community. Here's the deal—healing is collaborative and pain and suffering shouldn't be done alone. In sessions, we will laugh, cry and just bond. I love getting in tuned with my creative side. So when something inspires me while you're sharing your story, I look for ways to incorporate this in your healing. I want to walk alongside your journey and help you navigate parts of you that may have been silenced. It's hard work, but this work will shift your generation.
